I wake up each day knowing that I am going to have a great day at work, spending quality time with each resident ensuring that their day is filled with joy, laughter and fulfillment is what my role is about. I love being creative, being silly and putting smiles on faces. I find working in care is such a rewarding career and could not see myself doing anything else.
I have worked with the company for over 5 years and getting to meet new people is the part of my role I truly enjoy. The residents, staff and the outside professionals I deal with all have their own story, wonderful experiences and knowledge to share.
This is the most rewarding job especially seeing how happy and content the residents are. The best part of the day is seeing and making the residents smile which is when I know I have done my job.
